It has been many long years since seeing my cousin, but the summer visits from the Tripps were a highlight of my childhood. After one particular summer when I was allowed to join the family for a road trip across Nebraska, Suzanne (and Michelle) were firmly set as "cool older cousins." She was quiet but confident, independent but devoted to her family, with a smile that made me smile back automatically. I treasure my memories of her and hope their more plentiful memories will be a comfort to the extended Tripp family. All of our prayers and warm wishes here to you all there, with love.
