Obituary of Louise R DeCicco
Mrs. Louise R. DeCicco, age 85, currently a resident of The Grand at Mohawk Valley, passed away peacefully on Sunday afternoon, September 15, 2019.
Born on March 29, 1934, in Manhattan, NY, Louise was a daughter to the late George and Ruth (Matthias) Rodriguez. She was raised and educated in New York City and after high school she was wed to Mr. John Anthony DeCicco. The two shared in a loving and devoted union until Mr. DeCicco’s passing on October 23, 1996.
Louise was a dedicated wife to her husband and a dedicated mother to her son. She enjoyed cooking and crafting and was devout in her faith and devotion to Jesus.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Cristiann DeCicco of Utica.
Private interment will take place at Armory Hill Cemetery in Ilion.
Louise’s final wishes will be carried out by Harry and Kevin Enea and Martin L. Ciaccia, funeral directors of the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Town of Frankfort, Ilion, NY (315) 894-8000.
