Obituary of Clare Palmer

Miss Clare Palmer, age 87, currently a resident of Ilion and formerly of Altamont and Berne, NY, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, September 20, 2019 at the Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. 

Clare's earthly remains will be laid to rest at North Columbia Cemetery in a private ceremony. Her final arrangements have been entrusted to Harry and Kevin Enea and Martin L.
