Obituary of Jeanette E. DePietro

LITTLE FALLS – Mrs. Jeanette E. DePietro, 80, of 760 East Monroe Street, passed away on Saturday evening, October 5, 2019, at Bassett Healthcare, Cooperstown, NY, always surrounded with family love.

 

She was born on May 7, 1939, in Little Falls, NY, a daughter of the late Edward and Emily (Johnson) Trumbull. She was educated in Oppenheim schools. Her marriage was to Robert DePietro, Sr. and he preceded her in death. She, in her leisure time, enjoyed to crochet, scratch lotto tickets, watch NASCAR and especially Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and most importantly spend time with her family, holidays being her favorite times.

 

She is survived by her beloved family: her children, Deborah Crouse and her husband, Robert, Jr., of Canajoharie, Donald DePietro and Linda Dolan, of Ephratah, Robert DePietro, Jr. and his wife, Cindy, of Lassellsville and Anthony DePietro and Dawn Edick, of Richfield Springs; her loving cat, Elvis; many grandchildren, Krystle Crouse and Teddy Huggins, Joshua Crouse and his wife, Deirdre, Edward, Nathan, Max, Ginger, Tiffany, Robert, III, Kenneth, Anthony and Alex; several great-grandchildren; cousins; and her very special friends, June, Bev and Richard, and Rose.

 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at 1:00 PM, at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 West Monroe Street, in the City of Little Falls, with Rev. David A. Johnson, officiating. Interment will follow at St. Johnsville Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home are prior to the funeral service from 11AM until 1PM on Thursday.
