My deepest sympathies to Joe's family and friends. He was a steadfast colleague, friend and man. Joe was my first boss and mentor out of college in Senator Rolison's office. He had been a wonderful colleague and friend ever since. I will miss him very much.
I grew up across from the Luppino family. They are a wonderful family and we had a wonderful childhood on North Bellinger Street. I had the privilege of working with Joe many years ago and always his love of the outdoors and his dry humor. I was so saddened to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers to his family. Rest in peace.
Joe came to work in my office right out of college. He was a bright, talented young man who developed into a highly skilled professional. He had a natural ability for government and politics, was steadfast in his beliefs and always strived to make this world a better place. He was intensely loyal to his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
