Betsy E. Coffin, age 61, of Palatine Bridge, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at the Palatine Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. Born on July 22, 1961, Betsy was the daughter of the late William and Thelma Shriver. She was a graduate from Delhi schools. For many years, Betsy worked at Springbrook where she cared for and nurtured the residents, leaving a lasting impact on them. Her presence will be missed but her memory will live on in those she leaves behind. She is survived by her daughters, Kaitlynn Burkhart, Sarah Djenane and Carrie Mathis; along with her grandchildren whom she was very close to, Kendra, Ryanna, Keith and Amira.
