I'm sad to read of Joe's passing. Many years ago I called on Joe many times while selling advertising for The Evening Telegram. Joe was always a gentlemen, who loved his community and suported many local endeavors. When my wife Carole (Saunders) and I were married, Joe was featured with us in a special section on local couples planning their wedding. We still have the original picture.
