Monroe St., Little Falls with Deacon Peter Manno, of St. John's Catholic Church, Newport officiating.</p> <b>Cemetery</b> <p>Procession will follow to St. John's Cemetery, Newport where he will be laid to rest. </p> <b>Obituary</b> <p>LITTLE FALLS-Mr. Peter Rachon, 82 formerly of O'Hara Road, passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening, Dec. 1, 2009 in Folts Homes, Herkimer. He was born on May 19, 1927 in Little Falls, the son of the late Wojiec and Mary (Scynanski) Rachon and educated in Newport schools. He resided in the Little Falls area since 1949. His last professional employment was as an electrician with Mohawk Valley Paper Mill, Little Falls and was at one time employed with Hansens, Little Falls. He was of the Catholic Faith. Mr. Rachon was a hard worker for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed gardening. Survivors include several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by three brothers: Frank, Joseph and Walter Rachon and two sisters: Helen Graudons and Victoria Daniel. His funeral will commence at 11 am on Friday, Dec. 4, 2009 from the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W.
