<b>Visitations</b> <p></p> <b>Services</b> <p></p> <b>Cemetery</b> <p></p> <b>Obituary</b> <p>Mary Theresa Urich, age 57, of 6 New York St., Mohawk, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2005, at Brigham and Womens Hospital, Boston, Mass., following a long illness. Theresa was born April 7, 1947, in Rutland, Vt., daughter of Russell H. and Rita (Knight) Belden. She was a high school graduate and went on to earn an associates degree. On Feb. 12, 1966, she was united in marriage to Corydon M. "Cory" Urich in Plymouth, N.H., a blessed and devoted union of 39 years. Theresa worked as a switchboard operator at a resort in Key Largo, Fla., and also at MDS and Momentum Industries of Herkimer. She was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Church, Mohawk, and the Better Breathers Club of the Mohawk Valley. She was a fabulous cook, enjoyed knitting, crocheting, embroidery, enjoyed reading and working on the computer. Theresa was a wonderful wife and mother who will be missed by her beloved family and friends. Survivors include her loving husband Cory at home; one son, Christopher "Chris" Urich of Poughkeepsie; one daughter, Lisa Marie Urich of Herkimer; five brothers and two sisters, Russell Belden and his wife Laurice of Wales, James Belden and his wife of N.H., Christopher Belden and his wife Lisa of N.H., Michael Belden of N.H., Maria Kass of Colorado, Janet Houlihan of Scotia; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Gary and Mary Urich of Mohawk, and David and Barbara Urich of Little Falls; four great-nieces and four great-nephews, Kyra, Brandy, Samantha, Sarah Marie, Tyler, Russell, Joe, Brett and Sammy; several cousins, and many friends including John Weakley of Mohawk. Family and friends are invited to visitation Tuesday, March 8 from 5-8 p.m. at the Graves-Applegate-Day Funeral Home, 48 E. Main St., Mohawk. Funeral services will be held Wednesday commencing at 10 a.m. at the Graves-Applegate-Day Funeral Home, Mohawk, and 11 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Mark Cunningham, Sacramental Minister, assisted by Sister Mary Jo Tallman, Parish Life Director. Procession to St. Mary's Cemetery for interment will follow Mass. In lieu of floral offerings, please consider memorial contributions in Theresa's name to the Mohawk Valley Transplant Group. Donation envelopes will be available at the funeral home. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Graves-Applegate-Day Funeral Home, Mohawk.</p>
