Brian John Walker 51 of Kingfisher, Ok, a former Stratford resident died unexpectedly Friday evening January 6, 2012. Brian was born in Little Falls, New York on February 21, 1960 the son of Carolyn E. (Aubin) Walker of Stratford and the late John Walker., and was a graduate of Stratford High School, class of 1978. Brian's love of the outdoors and of the Stratford area will always be remembered by his family, with his many hunting and fishing trips with his Father. He also enjoyed gardening, especially floral and vegetable gardens, both at home in Stratford and in Oklahoma. His love of animals was also evident, as he had dogs and cats throughout his life. He is survived by his Mother Carolyn Walker of Stratford, his wife Trish Walker of Kingfisher, OK. His daughters and their husbands, Mandy & Jad Deakins and Meagan & Bryan Nelson, a son Matthew Walker and his wife Mujgan of Turkey, his grandchildren Kaden and Kyler Deakins, and Eli and Eden Nelson, his sisters and their husbands, Gail and Jim Saracino, Karen and David Collis, Brenda Bouchard, Janet and Barry Vickers and Laura and Jim Sorrell, several Nieces and Nephews. A Memorial service will be held at the Scotch Bush Free Methodist Church, on Church Road County Hwy 119 between Stratford and Lassellsville, on Saturday January 14, 2012 at 2PM. Rev. R.W.
