DOLGEVILLE- June Ann Ackley, 75, of Slawson St. entered into eternal rest on February 25, 2010 at Faxton-St. Luke’s Hospital with her loving family at her side. She was born on December 1, 1934 in Dolgeville, daughter of the late William H. and Edna (Jaquay) Madison. She enjoyed her time spent living with Anna and Linda for 10 years. She especially enjoyed her trips with the both of them to the casino to play Bingo. She was employed with Daniel Green Co. Survivors include her son David Arthur Ackley Jr. and his wife Maryann Dethorne Ackley of Rotterdam; her daughter Gayle Harrington and her husband John of Little Falls; her grandchildren: Chase, DeLayne, Colby, Logan, Royce, Michael, Scott and Samantha; her brothers John Madison of Ilion, James Madison and his wife Dolores of FL, Cecil “Zeke” Madison of Dolgeville; her sister Anna Youker of Dolgeville and her nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother Arthur Madison, her sister Gladys Trumbell and her sisters in law Patricia Madison and Sophie Madison. In keeping with June’s wishes there are no calling hours.
