I'm so lucky to have had my Grandmother Boni in my life for 48 years. She was a wonderful spirit, very straight-talking, very funny, so generous. Her tremendous energy allowed her to drive to Michigan to visit us every year--and then we had the good fortune to visit her in Little Falls each year throughout my childhood in the '60s and '70s, and beyond. What a cook and baker! She really got those waffle cookie irons hot during the holidays! Amazing meals with a pressure cooker too. So many gifts she possessed, so much love for our family, so much history of the Little Falls area she knew so well for 95 years, and liked to share.
