Erwin Deforest Carr 71 a resident of Parkside Court 53 South Main Street Dolgeville, died Sunday September 13, 2009 in Albany Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born in Bernard’s Bay, New York near Oswego on January 30, 1938 the son of Felix and Beatrice (Webb) Carr and was educated in Pulaski Academy. Erwin was employed by the Adirondack- Rawlings Bat Company of Dolgeville for 23 years retiring several years ago. He personally enjoyed fishing, hunting and growing flowers in his leisure time. He is survived by a Brother Phil Carr of Texas and a Sister Leona Commane of Baldwinsville, New York, along with his friends at Parkside Court. In keeping with his wishes there will be no formal funeral service or calling hours. Cremation will take place on Tuesday. His arrangements were prearranged by Brian A.
