DOLGEVILLE- Edna I. Lynch, 77, of Belden Corners Rd, entered into eternal rest on April 20.2009 at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown. She was born in Palatine, NY on May 4, 1931; the daughter of the late Orville and Esther (Geer) Bailey. On June 14, 1976 she was united in marriage with Edmund Lynch in Utica, NY.She was a member of VFW Auxiliary in Fort Plain and was Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion Post 921. Survivors include her beloved family; her husband Edmund Lynch; her son Robert K. Pierce Jr. and his wife Evelyn of Dolgeville; her daughter JoAnn E. Humphrey of Fort Plain; her stepchildren: Roger, Tom, Greg, Tina, Brenda, Eddie and Shaun; her sisters Dawn Santmyer and her husband Robert of Dolgeville and Gloria Moore of Fort Plain; her 5 grandchildren and 15 step grandchildren; her special friends Adrienne, Mary Ellen and Rich; her 2 special daughter in laws Evelyn and Cheryl; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and all the wonderful people from Hospice especially Laura Grainer. There are no public calling hours and the funeral is private.
