Mrs. Helen A. Aiello 95 a resident of the Skilled Nursing Facility of Little Falls Hospital and formerly of 11 Ransom Street Dolgeville, died Monday November 3, 2008 in Little Falls Hospital. Helen was born on May 8, 1913 in Little Falls, the daughter of John and Katharine (Bruder) Sertl and was a graduate of St. Mary’s Academy, class of 1930. Her marriage to Gregory V. Aiello took place on October 26, 1941 in St. Joseph’s Church Dolgeville. Mr. Aiello predeceased her on November 6, 1994. Helen was a faithful member of St. Joseph’s Church, and was a member of the former Ladies Auxiliary of the Dolgeville American Legion Post. Personally she enjoyed hosting and playing in the Hi-Lo Pinochle Card Club of Dolgeville. She is survived by Nieces and Nephews, and a very special friend Rudolph “Rudy” and his wife Lois Yatarola. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday November 6, 2008 at 11 AM in St. Joseph’s Church on Helmer Avenue Dolgeville. Rev. Leo F. Potvin, pastor will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Calling hours are today (Wednesday) from 4-7 PM at the Roberts & Enea Family Funeral Home 3 Faville Avenue Dolgeville.
