Little Falls: Julia M. (O'Shea) Decker, 81, of Little Falls, passed away on November 28, 2008 at Little Falls Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility. Mrs. Decker was born on October 10, 1927, in Little Falls, a daughter of the late Cornelius and Catherine (Sullivan) O'Shea. She was educated in St. Mary’s Academy in Little Falls, and graduated with the class of 1945. Mrs. Decker spent the greater part of her life in Little Falls. She was a nurse’s aid at Van Allen Nursing Home many years ago, and was a domestic for private families in the Little Falls area. She was a member of Holy Family Parish in Little Falls. Mrs. Decker is survived by her loving family: 3 daughters and their husbands, Carol and Christopher Craft of Atlanta, Georgia; Mary Jane and Lee Tifft of Averill Park; and Barbara and John Wojdan of Little Falls; 4 grandchildren, Robby and Jamie Hoage; Michelle and Jeffrey Lake; and John Thomas Wojdan; and l great-grandchild, Taylor Ann Lake. She is also survived by her in-laws, Edgar Rasbach and Marie Perkins. She was predeceased by her brothers and sister: John, Cornelius, Michael, Timothy, and Helen O'Shea. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday morning, December 2, 2008 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe Street, Little Falls (Telephone 823-2424). Mrs. Decker’s funeral will commence at the conclusion of the calling hours at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with the Reverend Anthony Ligato officiating. Committal will follow the funeral service in St. Mary’s Cemetery, town of Herkimer.
