Obituary of Thomas McGill

LITTLE FALLS-Thomas McGill, 35, of East Monroe Street, passed away on Thursday evening, July 31, 2008 in the town of Manheim as the result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born on March 26, 1973 in Astoria, son of the late Richard and Susan (Watt) McGill and was educated in schools in Virginia, Astoria/Queens, and Schenectady. On October 26, 2002, Thomas was united in marriage with Tracy Williams in Schenectady and Tracy feels blessed of the five years that she did share with her beloved Thomas. Tom was employed as a carpenter with the Albany Local Union 370 and also the Syracuse Local Union 747. Tom was a great father, lover, best friend and one with personality who will be sadly missed by his beloved family and friends. He leaves his wife Tracy of Little Falls; his children, Devon and Kaitlyn; a brother: Richard; five sisters: Susan, Michelle, Patricia, Margaret and Maryann; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, inlaws, and many friends he adored. He also leaves two very special canine companions, Sam and Doc. Relatives and friends are invited to memorial calling hours at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe St., Little Falls on Sunday, August 3, 2008 from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00. A memorial service will commence at 6:00 p.m. at the conclusion of calling hours in the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Steven A. Scarcia, rector of Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Little Falls, officiating. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
