Rosalie F. Mastracco, 77, of St. Johnsville passed away on Monday June 25, 2007 at the St. Johnsville Nursing Home. She was born February 22, 1930 in Plattsburgh, NY the daughter of the late Otto and Rosalind (Young) Finch. Rosalie was a graduate of Morrisonville High School where she was class valedictorian. She furthered her education, graduating from Potsdam College. Her marriage to Joseph Mastracco took place on October 10, 1953 at St. Patrick?s Church in St. Johnsville. Mrs. Mastracco was a sixth grade school teacher for St. Johnsville School District, where she taught remedial reading, retiring in 1985. Rosalie was a member of the Birthday Club of St. Johnsville and a former member of Margaret Reaney Library Board. Survivors include her loving husband of 53 years, Joseph, two sons, Gregory Mastracco and wife Lisa of Mohawk, and Marc Mastracco and wife Ann of Rotterdam, a brother, Charles Finch of Plattsburgh, a sister, Bernice Moore of Lisbon, NY, four grandchildren, Kristine and Tim Snyder and Marissa & Allison Mastracco, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was pre-deceased by a brother, Albert Finch and a sister, Dorothy Binnion. Funeral services will be held on Friday June 29, 2007 at 11:00 am from the Enea Family Funeral Home, 9 Center St., St. Johnsville, NY, with Reverend Michael Yerzierski, officiating . Burial will be in West St. Johnsville Cemetery. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home on Thursday June 28, 2007 from 5-7pm. All memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
