Mrs. Giuseppina "Jessie" Minosh, 92, a Frankfort native, and longtime Herkimer resident, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2007, in Valley Health Services, Herkimer. Jessie knew what was important in life. Her accomplishments are reflected by the loving relationships that she had with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Jessie was born into the culturally rich community of Frankfort, NY, on March 11, 1915 to Salvatore and Antoinette (Barra) Gelose. She was known for her beauty and kindness. Jessie was united in marriage in 1935 to Frank Minosh, a union of 62 years, which lasted until his death in 1997. She passed on her Italian heritage through her marvelous cooking, traditions, and love of family. She enriched the lives of her 7 children, Francis and Joyce Minosh, Carolyn and Anthony Belmonte, James Minosh, Lauren and Robert Lalley, Jessica and James Johnson, Donna and William Tedesco, Diane and Steve Miller, 17 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Although most of her life was spent raising her children, she still had time to contribute to her community. She was a charter member of the Herkimer Lady Elks Club, active in St. Francis de Sales Church/School community and a member of the Herkimer Senior Citizens organization. Her family will miss her love and support but knows that she is now resting in peace with her husband Frank, her brother James Gelose, sisters Angie Conigliaro and Vita Maneen and daughter-in-law, Carol Vielhauer Minosh who predeceased her. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Jessie's life at calling hours on Monday, March 19 th, 2007 from 4:00 p.m. ? 8:00 p.m at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, between Frankfort and Ilion, (894-8000). Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 20 th at 10 am from the Enea Family Funeral Home, Frankfort/Ilion where prayer will be offered and at 11 am at St. Francis de Sales Church, Bellinger St., Herkimer, where the Rev.
