LITTLE FALLS-Mrs. Dolores "Gua" Morotti, 77, of Manheim St., Little Falls, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday evening, November 8, 2007 in Little Falls Hospital. At the time of her passing she had the comfort of her family by her side. She was born on November 23, 1929 in Dansville, daughter of the late Howard and Lillian (Ott) Gillette and educated in Little Falls schools and has been a lifelong resident of Little Falls. On February 25, 1950, Dolores was united in marriage with William "Butch" Morotti in St. Joseph's Church, Little Falls; the couple enjoyed a wonderful and devoted union of 44 years until Mr. Morotti's passing on February 19, 1995. Dolores held her Catholic faith extremely close to her heart. She was a weekly communicant at church serving as lector, Eucharistic minister and also a Sacrotist for the church and even attended almost every funeral mass. Dolores was also a member of the Holy Family Parish Rosary Society. The Morotti family feels very fortunate to have had a loving mother and grandmother such as Dolores. She touched the lives of every single Morotti family member. She also made a strong impact on the many friends that her sparkling personality gained her throughout the years.
