Obituary of Thomas Beacorn

Thomas Michael "Tommy" Beacorn, age 28, our loved and respected son, father, bestfriend, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, went to be with our heavenly Father on September 2, 2006, due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Salt Lake City, Utah. Tommy was born on April 16, 1978 in Angeles City, Philippines to Marjorie and John Beacorn. He attended Dolgeville High School and Herkimer Community College in upstate New York and he lived and worked for the past 7 years in Salt Lake City, UT. He was a designated systems trainer at Ironwood Communications working side by side with his brother-in-law Brendan Carrig and close friend Dave Rose. Tommy was a man of great faith and enjoyed family time spent with his son Chad and his life companion, Angel. Many happy moments were spent in upstate New York and Utah with family members and friends. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing guitar, rock climbing, body building and working/playing with computers. He was well respected by his co-workers and friends. Tommy leaves behind his companion and sweetheart, Angel Boudry and his cherished 12 year old son Chad. Other much loved family members are: grandparents, Muriel Smith of Long Island, and Jean and John Beacorn of Long Iland; parents, Marjorie Beacorn of Salisbury Center and John Beacorn of Little Falls; siblings, Sommer of Little Falls, Johnny of Dolgeville, Christine of Salt Lake City, Utah, Grace of Salt Lake City, Utah, Catherine and Daniel of Salisbury Center; many aunts and uncles: as well as nephew and nieces: Jonah of Little Falls, Kendra, and Mikayla both of Salt Lake City, Utah. Those of us who were lucky enough to know such a great man will miss him forever. He was able to touch our lives in ways we still don't realize. The love and care that he gave was pure and genuine. Thomas Beacorn was truly a gift from God. Relatives and friends are invited to visitation at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe St., Little Falls, on Saturday, September 9, 2006 from 10 am until 12 p.m. His funeral will commence at the conclusion of calling hours (12 noon) in the funeral home. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers please consider memorial contributions to a trust fund to be developed in his son Chad's name.
