Obituary of Frank DeNinno

Mr. Frank Anthony DeNinno 76 of 64 Main Street Ft. Plain, died Monday February 27, 2006 at the Veterans Hospital in Albany. He was born in Dolgeville on May 30, 1929 the son of the late Frank F. and Mary (DeLucca) DeNinno and was educated in Dolgeville schools. A veteran of the Air Force he served honorably for a year from 1946 until 1947 when he transferred to the Army, serving an additional seven years. He was honorably discharged in 1954 with the rank of corporal. He was married to the former Gail Bullard who pre deceased him on April 21, 2001. Frank was employed at Salada Tea for a number of years, and then went into his own business as a carpenter. He was last employed by Frank Ade Trucking retiring from there a few years ago. His affiliations include the Little Falls American Legion Post, the Little Falls Maennerchor Club, and a former member of the Little Falls Polish Club. He personally enjoyed woodworking, building model airplanes and fishing and mushrooming. He is survived by 5 Sons and their wives Frank A. DeNinno III of Indiana, Frank J. and Barbara DeNinno of Schoharie, Daniel J. DeNinno and John R. DeNinno both of Little Falls, Anthony F. DeNinno of Georgia, his Daughters and their husbands Anita and Bernard Spraker of Little Falls, Natalie Williams of Little Falls, Michelle and Randy Stockwell of Ft. Plain, Mary Schaffer of Little Falls, Barbara and Raymond McLain of Little Falls and Lorraine Marie DeNinno of Little Falls, 3 Sisters Mary Carmen Luppino of Mohawk, Lillian Lawrence of Largo, FL., and Rosemary Blair of Dolgeville; 35 Grandchildren several great grandchildren, Nieces & Nephews,. He was predeceased by 7 Brothers; Joseph, John, Daniel, Rudolph, Rocco and Alfred and a Sister Louise Morgan. A prayer service will be held Thursday evening at 6PM at the Roberts & Enea Family Funeral Home 3 Faville Avenue Dolgeville. Father Leo F. Potvin of St. Joseph?s Church Dolgeville will officiate.
