Obituary of Harold Malanoski

Harold Malanoski, 89, a long time Little Falls resident, passed away on Wednesday July 19, 2006 at the Folts Home, Herkimer, NY. He was born March 30, 1917 in Herkimer the son of the late Benjamin & Veronica (Skzrecei) and was educated in Herkimer schools. His marriage to Anna Mizerak took place on July 1, 1939 at St. Joseph?s rectory in Herkimer. The couple shared a blessed union of 57 years until the passing of Mrs. Malanoski on August 25, 1996. Until his retirement on July 1, 1979, Harold worked for the Burrow?s Paper Corp. In Little Falls, NY. Harold was a member of the Holy Spirit Polish National Catholic Church in Little Falls and was active in the Church?s activities. Survivors include his son, Harold J. Malanoski of Little Falls, 2 grandsons, Chad Malanoski and wife Lori of Frankfort, & Eric Malanoski of Oneonta, 4 great grandchildren, Cooper, Landon & Payton Malanoski of Frankfort, and Aiven Malanoski of Oneonta, a brother, Stanley Malanoski of Herkimer, and several nieces, nephews & cousins. He was pre-deceased by two sisters, Florence Fiduccia and Kay Bannon and a brother, Edward Malanoski. In keeping with Harold?s wishes there are no calling hours. Graveside services will be held on Friday July 28, 2006 at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Little Falls, NY, with Sister Marilyn Hayes of the Holy Family Parish, officiating. Arrangements are by the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe St., Little Falls, NY. In lieu of flowers please make all memorial contributions to Folts Foundation, 104 N. Washington St., Herkimer, NY 13350.
