Barbara A. (Wolf) Roberts, 60, of 19 John St., passed away on Saturday evening, July 8, 2006 in Folts Homes, Herkimer with her family at her side. She was born in Vernon Center on March 2, 1946, daughter of the late Bruno and Beatrice (Stevens) Wolf and graduated from Johnstown High School. She furthered her education attending Herkimer County Community College and SUNY IT. She lived in the Sauquoit area at one time. She was last employed with the Village of Ilion in the clerk's office. Survivors include her children: Michelle Goodbread of Middleville, Cher Salerno and husband Michael of Ft. Edward, Jace Roberts, Jr., and special friend Anna Edwards of Pittsburgh, Pa., Derek Roberts of Yorkville, and Brett Roberts of Ilion; a brother: Henry Wolf and wife Betty of Boissevain, Va,; seven sisters: Alberta Wolf of NY Mills, Virginia Wolf of St. Cloud, Fl., Rose Edick and husband David of Waterville, Susan Moorehead and husband Patrick of Springville, Betty Hoffman and husband John of Durhamville, Jacqueline Reader and husband Craig of Rome and Sandra Scholl of Remsen, four grandchildren: Heather Salerno, Briana Murphy, Alyssa Salerno and Daniel Goodbread; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her son: David Goodbread and by two brothers: Leman Wolf and Charles Wolf. Relatives and friends are invited to visitation at the Enea Family Funeral Home, Main Street between Ilion and Frankfort, (894-8000) on Tuesday, July 11, 2006 from 5-7 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial offerings may be made to the Herkimer County Community College Alumni Association Scholarship; envelopes may be obtained at the funeral home.
