Obituary of Joseph Bielejec
Joseph Michael Bielejec, 75, of 456 Sandy Lane Road, Town of Little Falls, died Wednesday, December 14 2005, at his home surrounded by his children. Joseph was born on October 23, 1930 in Little Falls, NY. The son of the late John Bielejec and Stella (Kunc)Bielejec. He was educated in the Little Falls School District and a life-long resident of Little Falls. Joe served in the National Guard branch of the Armed Forces, and was honorably discharged from in 1956. He held the elected position of magistrate for the Town of Little Falls for over two decades and retired from Dellwood Foods in 1993. He will be remembered as an honest, humble and compassionate man. His legacy of love, caring and tenderness is alive and will live on forever through his entire family. His marriage to Martha Elizabeth Murphy took place on October 25th 1951 in St. Mary's Church of Middleville. Joe was an active member of St. Mary's Church in Little Falls. Mr. Bielejec was predeceased by his loving wife, Martha of 41 years, two sons Michael and John, sister Anna, brothers Harry, Stan, Edward, and Steve. He is survived by his sister Mary Alexander; two sister-in-laws Muriel and Armilda, two sons Patrick and Edward Bielejec; eight daughters and four son-in-laws, Lisa Graziadei, Kim and Bill Sanzo, Nora Staring, Anne and Greg Santry, Laura and Tony Campione, Clare and Gradin Avery, Judy Bielejec, Chris and Randy Siri; Seventeen grandchildren, Sarah Lawrence, Allison Skibinski, Joseph, Laura and Paul Graziadei, Amy, Tom and Mike Avery, Nicole, Kelly, Theresa and Martha Staring, John Siri, and Sean, Ryan, Devin and Keegan Bielejec. Two great-grandchildren John Aaron Shepardson and Dominic Michael Bielejec. His family would like to extend warm thanks of gratitude to all the doctors and nurses that have cared for him, along with his loving relatives and friends. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a mass of Christian burial on Saturday December 17th at 9:00 a.m. at Saint Mary's Church of the Holy Family Parish in Little Falls. Burial services will be held at Saint Mary's cemetery in Herkimer. There will be no calling hours. Flowers and donations can be made to St. Mary's Church in his memory. Funeral services will be provided by Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe St., Little Falls, NY.
