Louis L. Frezza, 94 a former Herkimer & Little Falls resident, passed away on Friday March 25, 2005 at the Mohawk Valley Nursing Home. He was born June 21, 1910 in Little Falls the son of the late Frank & Martha (Rovazzi) Frezza and was educated in Little Falls schools. He was married to the former Viola Cirasunda on October 1, 1932. Mrs. Frezza passed away on February 14, 1997. Mr. Frezza was last employed at Bendix in Utica and at one time he worked for Cherry Burrells Corp. in Little Falls, NY. Louis was a member of St. Francis de Sales Church in Herkimer and a former member of the Knights of Columbus. In his leisure Louis was an avid pilot, whose pilot license was signed by Orville Wright. Survivors include a son, Louis F. Frezza and wife Nancy of Ilion, Paul Frezza of Herkimer, a brother, Raymond Frezza and wife Alice of Little Falls, a sisters-in-law; Yolanda Frezza of Syracuse & Clara Frezza of St. Johnsville, 3 grandchildren, Susan, Michael & Vicki and several great grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by 2 brothers, Paul & Alfonzo Frezza. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 29, 2005 at 9:15 am from the Holleran & Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St., Herkimer, and at 10:00 am from St. Francis de Sales Church in Herkimer where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Reverend Mark Cunningham, pastor. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Town of Herkimer, NY. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home on Monday March 28, 2005 from 6 to 8 pm.
