Kenneth L. Johnson 51 of 273 Warner Road, Dolgeville (Town of Oppenheim), died Saturday September 3, 2005 in Albany Medical Center as the result of injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident on September 2nd. Ken was born in Little Falls on July 16, 1954 the son of the late Howard and Mary (Jenison) Johnson and was educated in Oppenheim school. He also attended BOCES in Herkimer where he completed the certified welder program. He was married to the former Claudia Goettel on January 20, 1979 in the town of Oppenheim. Ken was employed by the Highway department of the Town of Oppenheim as a mechanic and equipment operator. He is survived by a Daughter Christine Johnson of Dolgeville, his Brothers Edward R. Johnson and Charles F. Johnson both of Oppenheim, His Sisters Mary Jodway of Stratford, Ella Dillenbeck of Fultonville, Aleta Rumrill of Oppenheim and Elsie Goodwin of Stratford, several Nieces and Nephews. A Memorial service will be held on Friday evening September 16th, 2005 at 7 PM at the United Lutheran - Presbyterian Church on Faville Avenue Dolgeville. The Rev. James Paulson will officiate.
