Audrey P. Snedeker, 71, formerly of Ilion, died on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005, at Valley Health Services, Herkimer, where she had been a recent resident. She was born May 13, 1934 , in Utica, the daughter of Robert and Anna (O'Dell) Clive. In 1966, she was married to Fred Snedeker in Pennsylvania. He died in 1978. Audrey was employed at Nichols Discount City, Herkimer, for approximately 14 years. In her early years she worked at Abelove's and Duofold. Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Louise Snedeker of Frankfort; three sons, Stephen P. Call and his close companion Deb Holden of Mohawk, Daniel J. Call and his wife Deborah of Utica, Harry R. Call and his wife Andrea of Cazenovia; seven cherished grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two brothers, several nieces, nephews, cousins and her longtime close friend, Bonnie Zobrist. She was predeceased by her husband, Fred, in 1978, and several brothers and sisters. A private family gathering and prayer service was held on Monday, Oct. 31, at the Applegate and Day Funeral Home, 102 West St., Ilion. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Richfield Springs, next to her late husband, Fred. Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
