Mrs. Theresa M. Case, 53, of 314 State Route 5S, Mohawk, Town of German Flatts, passed away on Tuesday morning, January 20, 2004, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica. She was born October 30, 1950 in Ilion, daughter of the late Jerome and Theresa Jaquish and received her education in Mohawk schools. She had been a lifelong resident of this area. Theresa joined in marriage with Charles M. Case in June of 1970 in Ilion. She had worked for many years with Duofold in Ilion, and for the past several years with LaSalle Laboratories in Little Falls. She is survived by her husband, Charles M. Case Sr.; a daughter, Pamela Ann Case and her friend, Joe Schauss of Utica; three sons, Charles M. Case Jr. of Mohawk, Carl M. Case and wife, Darlene of Mohawk, and Christopher M. Case of Mohawk; sisters, Dede Medina and husband, David of Utica, Alice Waldron and husband, Glen of Mohawk; and a sister, Gerry in Rochester; a brother, Norm Jaquish; grandchildren, J.J. Schauss Jr, Nate Schauss, Alyssa Case and Charles M. Case III; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Jerry; and a sister, Phyllis. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 23, 2004 at 10 a.m. at the Enea Family Funeral Home, Main Street between Ilion and Frankfort, where prayer will be offered. Interment will take place later this spring in Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the funeral home on Thursday, January 22, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
