Robert "Bob" Hollum Jr., age 65, of Boynton, Fla., passed away November 8, 2004 as the result of a motorcycle accident that occurred in Delray Beach, Fla. He was born in November 17, 1938 in Mohawk, the son of Robert Grover Hollum, Sr. of Mohawk and the late Evelyn Griffin. Bob received his education in Mohawk schools. He was employed as a motorcycle mechanic in Florida. Survivors include two sons Robert D. Hollum and wife Felecia who reside in Mohawk with their two children, Robert Hollum and Josephine Busack, and Sean Hollum of Virginia Beach; a brother, Richard Hollum of Mohawk; many nephews and cousins including, Betty Leitz, Billie Jean Leitz and Margo Damiano. Bob was an active member for fourteen years with Central House AA of Boynton Beach, Florida. He was a well respected individual of the community. The family invites relatives and friends to a celebration of Bob's life which will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2004 at the Wakeman Chapel of Folts Homes, Herkimer, commencing at 1 p.m. The family received local assistance from the Holleran-Enea Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St., Herkimer, (866-1011) with planning funeral services.
