Mrs. Sophie (Pavalock) Keller, age 89, of Academy Apartments, Little Falls, a native of Dolgeville, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 9, 2004. Her passing occurred in Bassett Healthcare, Cooperstown. Sophie was born in Dolgeville on March 21, 1915 a daughter of the late Thomas and Michaelena (Narcawicz) Pavalock and graduated with the Dolgeville High School "Class of 1934". She moved to Little Falls in 1977. Sophie considered taking care of her home and her family her main priority during her lifetime. Gifted with a wonderful personality, she will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was a devoted communicant of Holy Family Parish in Little Falls and a member of the church rosary society. She was also a member of the Rock City Senior Citizens and the AARP. Survivors include two sons, Edward H. Keller of Woodbridge, VA and Barrett C. Keller and wife Jean of Utica.; two sisters in law, Edna Pavalock of Little Falls and Helen Pavalock of Florida; three grandchildren, Barret J. Keller, David Keller and wife Ana and Beth Ann Mix and husband Daniel, four great grandchildren, Rebecca and Courtney Mix, Ashley and Olivia Keller, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by three brothers, Edward, Harry and Donald Pavalock. The family invites relatives and friends to pay their respects at the Enea Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe St., Little Falls, today, October 11, 2004 from 4-7 p.m. Sophie's funeral from Enea Funeral Home will commence at 11:15 on Tuesday morning, Oct. 12, and at 12 noon from Holy Family Parish, corner of E. Main and John Street, Little Falls, with the Rev. Anthony Ligato, pastor, officiating. Funeral procession will follow to St. Joseph's Cemetery in Dolgeville, where Sophie will be laid to rest.
