Queen Creek, AZ: Shawn P. McEachern, 47, passed away suddenly on July 26, 2010 at his home in Queen Creek, Arizona. He was born on May 11, 1963 in New Hartford NY, the son of William and Beverly (Falvey) McEachern and was a graduate of Herkimer Central Schools, Class of 1981. Shawn lived life to its fullest, enjoying people, friends, relatives (especially his nieces and nephews when he came “East”) and the great outdoors. He was an avid golfer who participated in many amateur tournaments in Wyoming and Arizona. For the past 17 years, he was bar manager for the Tavern on the Green and other establishments in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Shawn is survived by his father, William, his brother Timothy and his wife Andrea of Spencertown, NY, and his sister Tracy and husband Sam Tassinari of Spencertown, NY, and nieces and nephews, Willy, Frieda, Emma and Jack McEachern, Alice and Helen Tassinari, all of Spencertown, NY. Also surviving him are his aunts, Elizabeth Volk of East Herkimer, NY, Jane Smith of Baskin Ridge, NJ, Patricia and Pat Sagnella of Mattydale, NY, Charles and Susan Falvey of Saco, ME, and several cherished cousins. Friends and relatives may call on Sunday August 1, 2010 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St. Herkimer, NY (866-1011). The Reverend Mark Cunningham will celebrate his Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM on Monday, August 2, 2010 at St. Francis de Sales Church, N. Bellinger Street, Herkimer.
