Obituary of Frank W Moran

Little Falls: Mr. Frank W. Moran, 76, of East Monroe Street, passed away in his home on Monday, August 23, 2010. He was born on October 28, 1933, in Philadelphia, PA, a son of the late Arthur and Lucia (Petrowski) Moran. He received his education in Philadelphia schools. On August 11, 1962, he married Erna Sanzenbacher in Philadelphia. The couple moved to New York in 1971. Mrs. Moran passed away on June 11, 2001. Frank was employed for several years at Remington Arms Co. in Ilion. He was a former member of the Ilion V.F.W. Frank served in the United States Army from 1954 until 1962. He also served in the United States Naval Reserves and was discharged in October of 1982. Frank is survived by his daughters: Cathleen Klyn and her husband Steven of Colorado, Colleen Aloisio and her husband Mark of Little Falls; a stepson: William Franke and his wife Wanda of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren: Nicole Wolf, Jennifer Moore, Jessica Green, Heather Love, Joshua Klyn, Danielle Blumberg, and Tyler Klyn; and two great-gandchildren: Bailey Love and Breyden Green. In addition to his wife and parents, a stepson, Richard Moore, predeceased him. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe Street, Little Falls (823-2424) on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 from 5-8 pm. Mr. Moran’s funeral, officiated by the Reverend Thomas Lawless of Holy Family Parish Church, will commence on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at 10:30 am at the funeral home. Committal will immediately follow in Church Street Cemetery, Little Falls. Harry J. Enea, funeral director, is serving the family.
