Mohawk: Roger C. Gzanowicz, 58, of N. Washington Street, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012 in Little Falls Hospital. Roger was born on June 29, 1953 in Little Falls, a son of the late John and Julia (Dziadik) Gzanowicz. He was a lifelong valley resident, and attended Herkimer ARC. Roger worked with his father in the operation of the family sausage business, Honest John's. He also worked with Herkimer Industries, and currently attended Gail Brown GROUP 4, HARC. Roger had a very happy and outgoing personality, and as a result, he was well liked and had many friends. Roger is survived by a sister, Joan Zucker and her husband, Michael, of East Herkimer; a niece, Barbara Ceneviva and her husband, Vincent; and a nephew, Michael J. Zucker and Jessica Masi; along with two great-nieces, Adrienne and Alicia Ceneviva; and a great-nephew, Daniel Masi. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Julia, sister, Geanne, and brother, John. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 from 4-7 pm at Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington Street, Herkimer. There will be a graveside service conducted by Father William A. Gorman of St. John the Baptist Church, Newport, on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 10 am in St. John's Cemetery, Newport.
