ILION - Earl G. Eysaman, age 77, of Hakes Rd., Ilion, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2012, at home. He was born on June 17, 1935, in Mohawk, the son of Vickers and Marcella (Waltz) Eysaman, and attended Mohawk schools. Earl was married to Nancy White in Mohawk. She died on May 13, 1994. Mr. Eysaman was an employee at Remington Arms Co. for thirty-three years, retiring in 1993. Survivors include his three sons, Timothy Eysaman and his wife, Sandra, of Mohawk, Thomas Eysaman and his wife, Ellen, of Mohawk, and William Eysaman and Colleen Stanburg, of Ilion; his grandchildren, Thomas, Michael and Sarah Eysaman, Shaun Eysaman, and Shannon Brzezinski and her husband, Michael; his great-grandchildren, Breonna, Michael, Tyler, Leah and Isabel; his sisters, Doris Marmet, of Mohawk, Shirley Casadonte and her husband, John, of Mohawk, and Joann Mayton and her husband, John, of Paines Hollow; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends, Justin, Lacey, Brianna and Ava. He was predeceased by his wife, his parents, and his brothers, Vickers and Robert Eysaman. In keeping with Earl's wishes, there will be a private memorial service at the convenience of the family at the Applegate-Day & Enea Family Funeral Home, Ilion. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in Mt. View Memorial Gardens, Town of Little Falls. The family would like to thank Kelly, Cheryl, Melissa and Irene for their wonderful care and comfort to Earl.
