MOHAWK- Pearl L. Miller, 73, of Pine Bush Rd., passed away of a broken heart on April 16, 2013 at Bassett Health Care in Cooperstown. She was born on May 24, 1939, in Mohawk, daughter of the late George Homer and Lottie (Levina) Garlock. Pearl worked as an inspector for MDS Computers in East Herkimer. Survivors include her daughters: Janet Miller of Mohawk, Sandra Fikes of Mohawk, Kathy Manno and her husband Dave of Ilion, Georgia Willsey of Mohawk; her sons: Richard Miller of Mohawk and Stanley Miller and his wife Jackie of Burnt Hills; her 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; her sister Ruby and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her son Ronald J. Miller, her sister Marion and her brothers Bob and John. The family will receive relatives and friends from 4-6pm on Saturday April 20, 2013 at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Rd., Ilion. A religious service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours with Reverend Robert Wollaber officiating.. Burial will take place on May 7, 2013 at 10am at Mohawk Cemetery Annex where she will be laid to rest alongside her son Ronald and her brother Bob. Burial for her son Ronald will also take place at this time. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Pearl's daughter Sandra to help defray some of the costs of the funeral.
