Whenever family or friends visited Sarah Jane's home, they were treated to her warm hospitality and were expected to partake of the plentiful cuisine she prepared and placed on the table. She took great pride in making her special root beer floats for her grandchildren. She enjoyed camping with her family, sitting by the campfire and especially feeding the ducks. She loved flowers and beautiful red cardinals. Sarah is survived by her children and their spouses, Harold C Guile and daughter-in-law Linda of Dolgeville, and Shirley M. Giarrusso and son-in-law Terry of Dolgeville. Always close to her heart was the memory of her daughter, Pamela J. Guile who passed away on June 20, 2004.
