Obituary of Joseph Zielinski

FRANKFORT/SCHUYLER: Joseph Zielinski, 59, a lifelong Mohawk Valley resident, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 18, 2014 with the love and support of his family by his side. Born in New Hartford, NY on January 31, 1955, he was the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Biro) Zielinski. Raised and educated locally, he was a graduate of Whitesboro High School. On November 21, 2009 Joseph married the former Brenda Gruet with whom he shared a wonderful and loving relationship filled with great affection and admiration. Joseph worked as a detailer for Troya, Incorporated in Utica. Among his interests and hobbies he enjoyed electronics, fixing computers, tinkering with old cars and attending classic car shows with his wife Brenda. He is survived by his wife, Brenda; his children, Jamey Zielinski and wife Mary of Herkimer and Rachael Smith and husband Mark of New Hartford; his step children, Stacie Cleary and husband Christopher, Susan Rodriguez and husband Javier and Charles Warn and fiancée Kendra; his grandchildren, Kennedy and Julian Zielinski, Olivia, Bailee, Garrett and Emerson Smith; his step grandchildren, Dalton and Cole Cleary, Aiden, Charles III and Keith Warn. He also leaves a special cousin and best friend, Michael Zielenski. Joseph's wishes were to have no public calling hours.
