Stephanie Marie Kogut 64 of 65 East Faville Avenue Dolgeville, died Friday August 8th, 2014 in St. Elizabeth's Hospital Utica, with the Love and support of her family at her side. She was born in Utica, on July 18, 1950 the daughter of Stephan and Mary (Jez) Kogut and was a graduate of Frankfort Schools. She continued her education by graduating from St. Elizabeth's School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. She was employed by area hospitals as an RN and most recently by Little Falls Hospital as a Diabetic Educator, retiring from there in 2006. Her interest included reading, American History and especially about the "Civil War". She was also known by family and friends as being very meticulous and precise in her ways. "Do It Once, But Do It Right". She is survived by her daughters Denise Palaimo-Miller of West Virginia, Tracy Bearse of New Hartford, Sandra Coberly of Florida, Mary Palaimo of Lockport, NY, a Brother Anthony Kogut of Frankfort Center, her Best friend and Companion Kathy Willis with whom she lived with , several grandchildren including Nichole Musella who lived with her. Memorial Services will be held Thursday evening August 14, 2014 at 7 PM at the Roberts & Enea Funeral Home 3 Faville Avenue Dolgeville. Reflections, Memories and Prayer will be offered by Elizabeth Harter. Friends may call from 6-7PM when services will begin.
