LITTLE FALLS - Melissa A. Brewer, 33, a resident of Little Falls, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday August 6, 2015 at her home. She was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, on April 8, 1982. She graduated from Governor Livingston High School in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Melissa was passionate about softball which she participated in during her high school years. Melissa enjoyed watching movies and spending time with her sister, Thalia Pantoja. Melissa had a special bond with her sister and enjoyed doing things together. Melissa was an intelligent, loving and caring individual. She had family and many friends that admired her. She was unique in her own special way and if you knew her then you understood her quirky personality. Melissa was a special daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend to all those involved in her life. She is survived by her mother, MaryAnn Stulpin and stepfather, Scott Stulpin along with her younger sister, Thalia Pantoja all residing in Little Falls. Her uncles Mario Mannuzza and his wife Lory of Little Falls, Joseph Mannuzza and his wife Heidi of Belleville, New Jersey, Bentley Mannuzza and his friend Susan of Little Falls, and Shane Gammons and his wife Tina of Mount Airy, North Carolina. Her aunts Madeline Pike and her fiancé Ronny of Barnegat, New Jersey, and Robin Higham and her husband Bruce of Fort Worth, Texas, and many cousins. She was predeceased by her father, Phillip Brewer, and her uncle, Thomas Gammons. Then on Friday, August 14, 2015 the family will be present from 9:00 AM until the time of the funeral service. Funeral prayer service will be held on Friday August 14, 2015 beginning at 10:00 AM at The Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 West Monroe Street in Little Falls, with Deacon James Bower, officiating.
