Mrs. Patricia Ann Yoran 85 of 116 Weaver Road, Town of Oppenheim, Dolgeville, died Sunday evening in St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Utica, after a brief illness. She was born in Little Falls, on July 29th, 1930 the daughter of Claude and Frieda (Eisentraut) Ward and attended St. Mary’s Academy in Little Falls. Her marriage to Robert W. Yoran took place on August 26, 1950 in St. Mary’s Parrish House in Little Falls. They recently celebrated 65 years of marriage this past August. Pat was employed by the Dolgeville Central School in the cafeteria for many years, retiring from there in 1992. She was a faithful member of St. Joseph’s Church, Dolgeville, and a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Salisbury Fire Department. While working in the cafeteria she always made sure the students had plenty to eat. In addition she always put her husband and family first, especially her grandchildren and always provided a Sunday dinner for her family. She is survived by her husband Robert of 65 years, her sons and their wives Robert (Janet) Yoran of Norwood, NY, Mark (Shirley) Yoran of Dolgeville, a Daughter and her husband Dale (Kevin) Wilcox of Broadalbin, her grandchildren, Alicia, & Jeffery Yoran, Denver Yoran, Heath & Michael Kane, Stephanie & Darek Wilcox, Michael & Steven Balderston, her great Grandchildren Patrick & Julia Kane Brodie & Chase Balderston, and Danah Yackel. She was predeceased by and infant son Jeffery C. Yoran on November 22, 1957 and a daughter Jacqueline R. Balderston on December 13, 2007. A Celebration of her life with a prayer service will be held Friday October 23rd, 2015 at 2 PM at the Roberts & Enea Funeral Home 3 Faville Avenue Dolgeville. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. The family will be present from 11Am until the time of the service to receive friends. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the American Heart Association at 120 Lomond Court Utica, NY 13502. Envelopes will be available at the services.
