Obituary of Jonathon Lee Brault

Mr. Jonathon Lee Brault, age 49, of Mohawk, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at the Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare Center, surrounded by the love of his family. Jonathon was born on July 31, 1966 in Wakeeney, Kansas, the son of Ronald Brault and Adrenne (Tremblay) Bell. After his graduation from high school, Jonathon joined the United States Navy and proudly served his country. On March 17, 1995, he was wed to the former Sandra Mays from the Mohawk United Methodist Church, and the two shared in a marriage of over twenty years. Currently, Jonathon was a twenty-two year employee of the Remington Arms Company where he worked as a pipe fitter. Subsequently, he was a member of the United Mine Workers of America. In his spare time he enjoyed watching team roping and horses. He was an avid snowmobiler and skier and for many years served as an AYSO soccer coach. He leaves his dedicated wife, Sandy; his children, Brandon Lee Brault of Mohawk and Nikki Beppu of Windsor, Connecticut; his father, Ronald Brault and his wife, Martha, of Cody, Wyoming; his mother, Andie Bell and her husband, Bob, of Hill City, Kansas; his brothers and sister-in-law, Mike and Stacie Brault of Magalia, CA and Ron Brault of Oroville, CA; his nephews, Caden, Weston, Trevor, Caleb, William and Holden and his nieces, Tiffany and Chloe. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Virginia Call; his in-laws, Karen and Eddie Combs, John and Joann Withrow and James Smith; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 3:00PM – 5:30PM at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road (Town of Frankfort) Ilion, NY. Jonathon’s memorial service will take place at the funeral home at 5:30PM, immediately upon the conclusion of visitation, where full military honors will be accorded.
