LITTLE FALLS - Mr. Rostyslaw "Rusty" Elyjiw, passed away early Sunday morning, January 15, 2017, at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica. It was his 75th birthday. He was born on January 15, 1942 in Ukraine, a son of the late Michael and Orlena (Kuchma) Elyjiw. He moved to Little Falls in 1982. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam conflict, from 1966 until 1968. Rusty was a self-employed stain glass cutter, having operated Stained Glass Creations in Little Falls. He was a member of the Holy Family Parish as well as the Little Falls American Legion. Rusty’s final wishes were prearranged and entrusted to Harry J. and Kevin E. Enea, Funeral Directors of the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 West Monroe Street, Little Falls, NY (315) 823-2424.
