SALISBURY/DOLGEVILE- Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Vedder, age 93, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at the Homelife at Folts. Born on October 10, 1923 in Salisbury Center, NY, she is the daughter of the late Floyd and Lydia (Wood) Avery. She was united in marriage to George Vedder, and shared a loving union until his passing in February of 1996. She has resided in the Salisbury and Dolgeville area for many years and has been last employed at the Little Falls Hospital. Survivors include a son Keith Allen Vedder, Sr. of Dolgeville; a daughter Susan Gevis Boyer and her husband Robert of Dolgeville; grandchildren, Heather of Little Falls, Keith Jr. and Jennifer of Florida, Carol and Michele of Ilion; and 11 Great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers and three sisters. A private burial service will take place later in the Spring at Mt. View Memorial Gardens, in the Town of Little Falls.
