He is survived by his beloved wife of over 60 years, Deanne; his children, Nancy Wilder (Donald), of Canajoharie, Edward B. Hart (Susan), of St. Johnsville, Deanna Young (Billie), of Gloversville, Mary Smith (Kevin), of St. Johnsville, Bryan Hart (Tammy), of Dolgeville, and Kevin Hart (Delsie), of St. Johnsville; His sister, Dorothy Mosher (Jacque, Sr.), of St. Johnsville; his brothers, Richard Hart (Esther) and Arnold Hart (Jeanne), all of St. Johnsville; and additional In-Laws, Elizabeth Seeley and Stephen Genis. He also leaves 24 very special grandchildren; 8 cherished great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by his sisters, Pauline Filipczuk and Erma Genis; and his brothers, David, Raymond and Olin J. “Bud” Hart, Jr.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 11:00 AM at The Grace Christian Church at 20 Center Street in St.Johnsville, NY with Rev. Martin Glynn, Pastor, officiating. Spring interment will be at West St. Johnsville Cemetery. There are no public calling hours. Those wishing to remember Ed in a special way are asked to consider a donation in his memory to either the Grace Church or to the St. Elizabeth Medical Center,
