Obituary of Anne B. Drapalski

LITTLE FALLS – On May 25, 2018, Anne Drapalski, beloved wife of the late Frank Drapalski, went peacefully to the Lord from home at 71 Prospect Street.

Anne was the daughter of the late Ignatz and Wladyslawa (Borowska) Gray (Grzywaczewski) born in Little Falls on March 29, 1920. She married Frank J. Drapalski on June 26, 1938. They worked in the meat market and grocery business and Polka dancing was a favorite hobby of theirs. Anne is best remembered for being a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. She was a brilliant woman who taught by example through looking and watching; with constant rays of her sharp mind and wonderful sense of humor shining upon us. She attended the Holy Family Parish in Little Falls and participated within its Rosary Society.

Survivors include three sons: Joel Drapalski and wife Flora of Crownsville, MD; Kerry Drapalski and wife Marcy of Millersville, MD; Mark Drapalski and wife Janet of Herkimer; a daughter, Michele Brown of Little Falls; a sister Jane Desmond of Blossvale, NY; her brother Jan Gray and wife Polly; her grandchildren: Lori, Amy, J.
