Obituary of Eve Marie Gregorka

LITTLE FALLS – Eve Marie Gregorka, age 95, of Little Falls, NY, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019, at Little Falls Hospital, with her family by her side.

She was born December 23, 1923, in Little Falls, NY, a daughter of the late George and Katherine (Reardon) Rieman and was educated in St. Mary’s Academy. Her marriage to Leo Gregorka was blessed with traditional values of love and devotion. Eve was involved with the Home Bureau, Weight Watchers, and worked with the family business, Gregorka Camera Shop, of Herkimer. She was a faith-filled member of the Holy Family Parish.

She is survived by her beloved family, her husband, Leo Gregorka; a sister-in-law, Mary Alice Rieman, of Little Falls; and Eve’s many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son, Thomas Gregorka, in 2012; her brother, George T. “Bud” Rieman, in 2018; and her parents, George and Katherine Rieman.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at 10:30 AM at The Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 West Monroe Street, in Little Falls, NY and at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Parish Church, corner of East Main & John Streets, Little Falls, where her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Terence Healy, assisted by Deacon James Bower. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Town of Herkimer.

Calling hours for family and friends are Wednesday morning, prior to the funeral prayers at the funeral home, 9:30 until 10:30 AM.
