Dear Mary, Joe and Family, Although I never met your Mom, I have had the pleasure of knowing you and your family, especially Michael's little friend Francesca (he keeps asking about her!). Uncle Joe and family, I can't find the right words to say to tell you how I feel at this time.I have so many memories of Aunt Mary Alice and you Uncle Joe,and all of my cousins and the fun we had over the years. I'll never forget what a warm and caring and loving person Aunt Mary Alice was and mostly,I'll never forget the twinkle in her beautiful eyes.I'm glad you all have each other for support and we will all be reunited someday with those we have lost.I'm sure she's with my grandparents now in Heaven.Just know that I am thinking of you and love you.

Dear Grippe family: Maggie and I were saddened to hear of Mary Alice�s passing. Sympathy to husband Joe, sons Gary and Jody, and the rest of the Grippe family. We will always think of Mary Alice as the fine woman she was. I�ll forever remember Mary Alice at Pine Lake. She was constantly cooking giant-size meals in the converted trailer/camp for all her family. Mary Alice was always a fun person. Ready to laugh at a joke...., or tell one herself. Dear Bridge, Brian, & Family, I was so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. My heart goes out to all of you. I had the honor of meeting your Mother so many years ago when we were Seniors in High School. When I think of her, I picture her beautiful smile, a smile that could light the entire sky. Though she is gone on to a place we picture so peaceful, I know that all of you can reminisce about the many memories that you have shared through the years. Crystal, You may not remember me but I meet you shortly after you and Rick were married and thinking of moving to MA. We kind of bonded because like your Mom I had ten kids. The one thing that I always remembered was how proud you were to be a Grippe and how fondly you spoke of your love for your Mom and Dad and all your siblings. Your Mom is in a better place and she will never be a memory she will always be a "presence" to her wonderful family. May the Lord Jesus wrap His arms around all of you in the days and nights ahead. To the Grippe Family: We spent many evenings with your Mom in Florida. She was always friendly, warm and a constant companion for your Dad. Your mother was an eternal optomist. I had the chance to speak with Mrs. Grippe a few months ago while she was in the hospital-and it happened to be her birthday. What an amazing woman! When i asked about her family, she just glowed! I marveled at the fact that she was able to name every child and their spouse as well as each of the 39 grandchildren and great-grandchildren-what a legacy she has left behind. You have all truly been Blessed to have such a Mom. It's no wonder she shares the same birthdate as the Pope.
