This message is to Jim, Karen and the kids. I heard about Kitty's passing and started reminiscing about my time in Little Falls. It has been 9 years since I have moved away, but I have never forgotten any of you. You all have a place in my heart, which started with Bill. I remember that first phone call on which he gave me an apartment and a job without so much as knowing my last name!! The first time I cleaned Bill and Kitty's home (in 1990) I remember Kitty telling me how proud she was to have such a beautiful home and she wanted to "keep it that way". She got on her hands and knees and cleaned right along side with me. She pointed out the "right rags" to use when cleaning the bathroom, and you "never clean the rest of the bathroom with the rag that you cleaned the toilet with!". Wow, here we are a lifetime later. Our kids are grown, I've grown up and established myself, and not once have I forgotten the people that have helped me to get where I am today. Your parents were 2 of those people. I learned a lot from your family and I will always be grateful for that. I hope you all are well and know that I am thinking of you while you are grieving.
