I was so anxious about my interview for what would become my teaching job at the Middle School in Little Falls. I was greeted by Connie and was immediately made welcome as I waited for my interview. When I was hired, she was one of the first faces I met at the Middle School. Connie always supported you and helped you to do your best as a teacher. We were always made to feel welcomed by her warm smile. Connie always looked out for you and was a great person whom you could turn to when you needed someone's help or just a friendly ear to listen to you. About nine years ago, I took another teaching job, and I missed those that felt like my Little Falls Middle School family. Life's path lead myself and my family back this way again when my husband was transferred to Syracuse.We chose to settle in Little Falls. I was lucky enough to see Connie around town after our move. Once again, I was greeted with a warm smile and it was so wonderful to see her again. To Connie, you will be missed. To your family, know that my thoughts go out to you at this time. Kim Pepper

Connie was a great secretary because she cared for all of us. She had a huge love for the students and provided them with whatever they needed from back packs to lunch money to a kind and encouraging word. The Little Falls Middle School family lost a great member. Mrs. Rogers you will be missed by all, especially the students. Bob, Elliot, and Graham you are in our thoughts and prayers.

So many nights of skating! But I remember one night when it was just Connie and I walking home. Snow in the air, very cold. We had just left the rink and were walking down West 3rd Street, Bobby was behind us and went in his front door! Connie had a silent crush on Bobby Winchek...the rink attendant! All the way home we planned her dates with him, her life with him...and we giggled all the way home! We were blessed to share such great childhood friendships! St. Paul's memories are wonderful!

To Peggy, Johnny, Larry, and Barbie...I am so sorry for your loss. The thing I most remember about your family is how close you all were. I can see all of you with your Mom around the dining room table when I would stop to pick Connie up. Always laughter in the home. Your a mom always smiling. To take one of you out of that circle is devastating and leaves an empty hole. So I pray for you all to find peace in your memories shared with her. It has been my honor and privilege to get to know and work with Connie for the past 10years. She has shown tremendous patience and kindness to all those that she encountered.
